When does the program start?
You get immediate access as soon as you join.
Peace > Pressure is self-paced, so you can begin the 21-day rebuild whenever it feels right for you.

What if I can’t start right away?
That’s completely okay.
You’ll have lifetime access to everything inside the program, so you can move at your own pace, pause when needed, and return whenever you want a reset.
This work isn’t about timing it perfectly, it’s about having the tools when you’re ready.

How much time will this take?
This program is designed to integrate into real life. Most people spend about 1–2 hours per week engaging with the core trainings, and the rest of the work happens through simple daily practices, awareness, and choices woven into your normal routine.
Nothing here is meant to feel overwhelming.

Is this program live?
No! Peace > Pressure is a self-paced experience delivered inside Teachable.
All trainings and resources are available on demand so you can move through them in a way that feels supportive for your nervous system.

Is this for me if I’ve already done therapy or other programs?
Yes. Peace > Pressure is often the missing piece for people who have “done the work” mentally, but still feel stuck in their body, patterns, or nervous system.
This is where everything you’ve learned starts to land and integrate.

Do I need a gym membership or to track food?
No. Movement and nutrition guidance are included in a supportive, non-punitive way, with both gym and at-home options.
Nothing is rigid. Nothing is about restriction.
The focus is helping your body feel safe enough to change.

What’s the difference between Self-Paced and Supported?
Both options include the full 21-day Peace > Pressure experience.
Self-Paced is for you if you regulate well independently and want space to integrate on your own.
Supported includes additional 1:1 nervous-system support with Nikki throughout the 21 days.
There’s no “better” option... just the one that feels most supportive for you right now.

What happens after the 21 days?
You’ll retain lifetime access to all trainings, practices, and resources.
Some people repeat the rebuild whenever they feel pressure creeping back in.
Others choose to continue working with Nikki in a deeper capacity if support feels aligned.
There’s no rush and no obligation, just options.

When does the Supported option start?
If you choose the Supported experience, you’ll receive immediate access to the full Peace > Pressure program.
